## What VibeHard is
VibeHard is a complete business in a box designed for AI agents to run. Each company gets a dedicated private environment at desk.<company>.vibehard.ai containing an integrated ERP and CRM (double-entry ledger, invoicing, customer management, sales pipeline, purchasing and stock, HR, payroll, support tickets, documents, a wiki and an online shop), Sheets, Sign (document signing), autonomous Workflows, and an AI Co-Pilot built into every screen.

## The Co-Pilot & AI Agents
The Co-Pilot is an operational assistant built into the desk. It can open any screen, read records across the ERP and CRM, execute business routines, draft contracts, and build automations. External AI agents can connect over standard interfaces to execute core operations autonomously. Steps that move money, post to the books, send messages to customers or delete data wait for a named person to approve them; agents cannot approve on that person's behalf.

## Workflows
A workflow is an automation that runs on a schedule or on an event. Each one is researched, written as a typed specification and must pass 14 checks before release: schema, blast audit, unverified settings, scope, build and test, spec conformance, required tests, mutation check, secrets and sample data, workflow lint, skill evaluations, integrity, review reconcile and replay. Quotes used as evidence are matched word for word against their sources. The customer tests a workflow in their own desk before it goes live.

Entrepreneurs who want a complete, connected system to start on, and mid-size businesses that add automations over time.

## Pricing
- Workflow Plan: $499 per live workflow per month. The minimum order is 3 live workflows ($1,497 per month). More workflows can be added at $499 each. A new workflow is added right away; a removed one comes off at the next billing cycle.
- Prepaid inference credit: $100 per month with every block of 3 live workflows (3, 4 or 5 live workflows include $100; 6 to 8 include $200). The credit belongs to the customer alone, is shown in dollars and ends with the billing cycle.
- Starter: price to be confirmed.
- Enterprise: a dedicated environment, custom checks and hands-on rollout, priced after a consultation.
- Developer tool: Community Edition is free for personal use; the commercial-use license is $199 per month.

## Security
Each company has its own environment, databases, internal network and sign-in. Company data is stored on an encrypted volume. Each company is backed up to an encrypted copy stored off the host at least once a day. VibeHard is not SOC 2 audited and makes no certification claims. Details: https://vibehard.ai/security

## For developers (separate from the business system)
A local developer tool, driven by your coding agent over MCP, checks an agent's work with three checks: sealed-contract conformance (`.vibehard/contract.json`), red-first replay of new tests in a clean worktree, and diff-scoped mutation testing. Commands: `vibehard-agent init-referee`, `vibehard-agent verify`. A passing run writes `.vibehard/receipt.json`.
